I am native Belgian and enjoyed a successful career as Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Procter & Gamble
before leaving cubicle life to devote myself to a career in health and fitness. My goal is to help you live your most fit
lives, either through one-to-one personal training, small group training or group exercise. I started in the health & fitness
world about 15 years ago as a Tae Bo® instructor inspired by Kickboxing Champion Billy Blanks and evolved into a personal trainer and cycling, cardiokick, bootcamp and strength training instructor, currently teaching at Google San Francisco and UCSF.
I have experience in and love training people of all fitness levels, male & female.
My one-to-one, partner or small group personal training will guide you towards achieving a fit body beyond just a workout. Having a fitness coach with you every step of the way, will help you instill dedication to a lifestyle that includes exercise discipline, personal responsibility and balanced nutrition resulting in overall well-being and an improved level of fitness and performance. Depending on your goals and needs, I will tailor the perfect blend of exercises to get you to your goal. Matched for your convenience, I will work with you one-on-one, as a couple or small group in your home, your building fitness center, your office gym, my building gym or outdoors in downtown San Francisco.
