Anna Alioto is a certified personal trainer, group exercise, Zumba and dance instructor. She has been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Anna believes that keeping active and fit as well as proper nutrition is vital to a long, healthy life. Her focus is on form and posture, working with you to strengthen your core, balance and agility.
Anna works with several clients from children to seniors, and specializes in "mind to body" exercise and form. In addition to working one-on-one with clients, she teaches pre-ballet, tap and jazz to children at Studio Rincon in Menlo Park, Pilates at Oak Creek, SAP, Google, Juniper, Varian and Rincon.

My favorite client story
I have a client who trained with me in the Bay Area for a year. She decided to move to Chicago for a job and was sad that she would have to give up training with me... BUT, we found a solution, and every Wednesday morning we Skype! I have been training her for over 3 years now on Skype and it works out perfectly.
My favorite exercise
I love Pilates! They say if you do Pilates 3x a week you will notice a difference in 30 days in your posture, strength and flexibility and in 90 days, your friends will notice :) Pilates is a mind-body exercise and can improve your golf and tennis game!

My training experience
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years. I started dancing at the age of 8 and danced professionally out of high school. From there, I taught dance and fitness part time for several years. 4 years ago, I retired from a career in Marketing and PR and went back to my passion teaching dance and fitness full time.
