Hi, My name is Marcos Hurtado and I'm currently working in San Francisco. I've been a personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise and strength training for almost 4 years now. My emphasis in my training is placed on posture awareness and identifying weaker points in your body to help prevent injury and optimizing overall movement. In a nutshell, we strengthen your weak muscles and relax your tight and overworking muscles to minimize pain and improve movement. Most session start odd with sewing how you feel in the moment both physically and mentally to determine the intensity of the workout. Then we start with a strategic warm up to prepare your body and nervous system for the workout. We proceed with either strength training or circuit training with a mindful approach of moving as safely as possible and progressing when necessary. I became a trainer since I had a trainer myself and enjoyed being able to have someone e help me move better with less pain and help me get stronger and fit at the same time. So my trainer became my mentor and taught me what he know about fitness, corrective exercise, and strength training.
