I’ve been training for 10+ years. I started out teaching boxing boot camp classes for adults and youth clients. Then I moved to fitness studio that specialize in 1 on 1 and 2 on 1 training sessions. It’s there that learned how to train people with injuries, nagging problems like bad back’s, knees, necks etc. During the pandemic I decided to leave the fitness studio that work for 4 years and go off on my own. I’ve been training people out of my garage. Come train with me today!
My favorite client story
I have multiple but first one is a help one of my clients lose 60lbs and she has been able to keep off the weight. The other one is one of my clients lose three pounds but she lose like 4-5 dress sizes and her body composition completely changed.
My favorite exercise
Trap bar deadlifts and Bulgarian split squats are my favorites. I love watching all parts of the body i especially love training the legs.
