I have always been curious enough to stick around physical activities for most of my life. I was raised in Texas and have worked in Colorado and Northern California for the last five years. I was a student-athlete first and earned a 2-year athletic scholarship before finishing with my Masters in Kinesiology. My education and experiences span health, fitness, and sport at various levels and types of organizations. My personal wellness journey started with yoga over 10 years ago. I believe wellness is holistic and each healthy practice we have allows us to focus on the loves of our lives. I believe we are in a partnership to reconnect with our strength, find flexibility and grow deeper connections to our bodies, minds and spirits. I strive for our workouts to be fun and encouraging. I believe play is at the core of creativity and innovation.

One of my favorite quotes is by Farshad Asl, “Leadership is not always about your power, it's all about your ability to empower, encourage, and elevate others.” I hope to help deepen the dedication to our healthy habits, ourselves, and our communities. I now serve as a certified Co-Active Professional Coach and board-certified Health and Wellness Coach who specializes in well-being. My wellness coaching philosophy is rooted in connection designed to deepen your learning and forward positive action. Our intentional coaching conversations serve as a catalyst for courageous change. Outside of work, my heart belongs to my five-year-old terrier mix.
