Hello everyone! My name is Heather. My passion is to help you reach your health and wellness goals. I believe that the relationship between Coach and client is a very special one. Our initial session is dedicated to learning about what has and has not worked for you in the past, what you like about working out, and what you absolutely do not like. My goal is to create a workout plan you will enjoy. The only way to get results is if you are consistent, if your workout is enjoyable you will have a better chance of doing it on a regular basis. During our initial session we will do a few assessments that will help determine your cardiovascular starting point, I will determine if you have any muscle imbalances which will need to be addressed prior to getting into resistance training (if one of your goals is to build muscle mass).
A little about me: I have over 20 years of experience working out and am very passionate about getting in shape and staying healthy and most importantly helping others do the same. Early in 2020 I had a realization that has changed my life and the lives of many others and many to come. I decided to enter into a field I am truly passionate about-health and wellness. Previously I was a corporate Executive Assistant who helped CEO’s lives run more efficiently, now I help my clients' lives run more efficiently. If you work out 3+ times a week I promise one of the many benefits will be your ability to prioritize the tasks you have going on making your life run more smoothly. I am a certified personal trainer through NASM (CPT) and a certified health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I will provide you a roadmap to reach your goals, working out is of course very important also is what you eat. I can provide guidance on nutrition.
