My fitness journey began when I was sixteen years old. I used to work out 4-5 times a week, but because I didn't have enough experience, I ended up with some injuiries. This prompted me to learn more about fitness and injury prevention. During these last couple of years, I've passed several training courses and earned my master's degree. I now have the adaquate experience to help you completely change your life style. I have taken many nutritional and genetics courses (my master degree is in genetic field). I mix my hands-on experience with my education to achieve the best results for my clients.
