I teach children, adults, and athletes how to move powerfully, efficiently, and with balance, by teaching how to move like a mixed martial artist.
My students enjoy our workouts because their bodies feel more energized, they don't feel very sore the next day, and they learn to feel more empowered and confident. Their results are experienced through passionate and mindful movement, based in effective MMA techniques and exercises.
I focus on movement, rather than targeting specific muscle groups through intense resistance training. My workouts typically involve body weight exercises and MMA drills, with some medicine ball, kettlebell, cable pulleys, and resistance bands as well.
You will actually enjoy this style of exercise because it is meaningful and enjoyable.
I am a former wrestler at Purdue University, 2X Indiana wrestling state champion, and former MMA fighter from AKA for Strikeforce. I have two health and kinesiology degrees from Purdue University. I have been a class instructor and personal trainer for over 10 years. My online training program, Moore Movement Arts, helps trainers learn how to integrate MMA training in their workouts.
