About Nick



Hello my name is Nick Hyde and I have been a Personal Trainer for about 12 years.  I grew up playing multiple sports and competed on a collegiate level in Track & Field. 


I worked in Corporate America for 10 years  and worked for the largest outdoor perimeter security company in world as the Industrial Commercial Market Manager. So I understand how difficult it can be to prioritize your health & fitness as well as stay on top of your career. 


I decided in 2008 I wanted to pursue my true passion and that’s where my journey began as Fitness Professional. It was the best decision I’ve made to date. 


My philosophy is simple “Focus on long-term goals and the journey” Rome was t built in a day so it’s going to take time and consistent effort to reach the top of the mountain. 


My training style is to utilize Functional Training principles to help you achieve whatever your goals may be.


How are we going to get there??? Every individual is different but I can tell you this we are going to tailor a regimen that fits your current lifestyle with “Give & Take” and show are self you can work hard and have fun along the way.

My favorite client story

My favorite client story is I’ve worked with this Individual 8 years not back when we started he was overweight, high blood pressure, and had bad knees. So his goals were simple lose a little weight, get his BP under control, and if he could ever run a 5k he’d be ecstatic. Well he bought into the lifestyle changes I recommended and he is down 30lbs, 120/80 BP, and has not only done 5k but has several Half Ironman’s under his belt....
