Physical activity has always been something that has been a priority of mine since a young age. Learning early from family, it was emphasized that exercise is critical to maintain a healthy and fulfilling life and over the years I have done that through athletics, weight training, and now training to supplement the activities i enjoy in my free time now! One of my main goals with all clients I work with is to find ways to make exercise enjoyable and sustainable so that clients can equip themselves with the tools and knowledge necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I like to include a variety of training modalities with my clients to match their interests and meet them where their body is at. I am very flexible and able to match the various goals and events clients want to work towards! I have worked with athletes, aging seniors, work from home warriors, and everything in between! I have over 15 years of personal exercise experience, a bachelors degree in exercise science and a minor in sport psychology, over two years of working in gyms, and countless hours of practical experience as well.
