My name is Armando! I have been training for around 10 years, and have been teaching others for the past 4 years. I decided to become a personal trainer to empower individuals who need the support and patience that it takes to feel confident in a gym. I am happy to train beginners and educate beginners about fitness, gym protocol, and what good form is. My specialities include: leg/glute growth, body building principles for those looking to target specific muscles, and 1:1 instructional training. As a former ballerina what piqued my interest in training with Armando was that he likes to work with dancers- I had fallen out of touch with my body and my strength ever since I quit ballet due to an ankle/foot injury. He helped me regain my body awareness and my strength while accommodating to where I needed to go easy on myself.
