About Chris

Since I was a kid I have always been extremely active, playing just about every sport possible at one point or another. My desire to be involved in the world of fitness led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science and, since graduating, I have worked in gyms and in one on one settings to help clients lose weight, drop body fat, feel stronger, move more freely and efficiently and feel confident lifting weights.

When you train with me you can expect a lot of Dumbbell, Kettle-bell and body weight work to help you get stronger, leaner and feel better in your body. I also put a strong emphasis on how we move our bodies not only in terms of exercise form, but in our everyday activities. With my background in sports as well as currently being a working drummer, I understand the importance of maximizing performance, moving safely, efficiently and living pain free. Whether it is playing hoops, jogging, drumming or just moving through everyday activities, I can help you feel stronger and keep you going longer.
