About Dan

I have been involved in health and fitness for over 30 years. I enjoy working with all age groups and all fitness levels. I strive to make the most out of every personal training session. I provide training for clients in in the greater Seattle area. Seattle, Bellevue, and south to Tacoma.

I like to keep my workout programs simple and easy to understand and remember. Getting results in the shortest time possible through a safe and motivating workout routine


My favorite client story

A brother sister team over 6 weeks. Sister went from a size 9 to a 5 and improved her swim times. The brother lost 10 lbs. and is active in water polo. Because of his hard work on his program he now treads water for 3 hrs and scored 7 goals in a water polo match. He is a freshman and may get onto the varsity team.
