About Kelsey

Hello! I’m Kelsey, and I’m a physical therapist (DPT) & Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). My sincerest wish in this work is to bridge the gaps I see in both the healthcare and fitness industries. To put it simply- I believe that movement is healing. In both physical therapy and personal training, my hope is to take a holistic approach in addressing all facets of health- advocating for caring for our bodies in ways that are very individual and unique to every person. I have extensive experience working with all body types and goals - from athletes looking to optimize their fitness goals to those just beginning their journey with exercise and movement. My goal is to help facilitate and strengthen the life force in every unique individual.

Kelsey is such a pleasure to work with! This was my first time trying strength training/weights and she did such a great job making me feel comfortable and safe. She is really good at giving helpful tips and working with me to make sure my form is good and that I feel confident performing the movements. Kelsey is clearly very knowledgeable in both physical therapy and personal training, and incorporates that knowledge into every workout. I’m so impressed by how she brings the perfect level of rigor to workouts, so that I’m definitely working hard, but never feel overexerted or at risk of injury. She is great at personalizing your regime based on your goals and it’s very satisfying to see how much progress I’ve made in the few months since I started training with Kelsey. I feel way stronger and much more confident with strength training! I’d recommend Kelsey for anyone regardless of experience level, she provides such a fun and nonjudgmental training environment and clearly puts a lot of care into giving you workouts that are customized to you and your goals.
