Hey, I’m Logan and I'm a health, wellness, mindset, and nutrition coach. My background is in physical therapy but I left the clinic a few years ago to start helping people in all aspects of life. I believe in movement, connection, and making time and space for yourself. I also believe in celebrating everything that our human bodies can do, whatever that means for you. All it takes is the decision to get started, the willingness to learn new things, and to keep going, no matter what. My biggest goal for my clients is for them to be able to wake up and do whatever it is that they want to do and to feel good doing it. I look forward to getting going with you!
