I started in healthcare as a nurse. In my search to help people I discovered that I needed to give care and treatment even before whatever the outcome (injury, weight gain/loss, pain,etc). I left my position as a nurse to teach, educate, strengthen and build the conditioning for people so that live their lives regardless of outcome. It is because the best workout is living your most fullfilling life.
Everyon has their own version of fit. You will get fit and be a better version of you so that you can move, lift, and play the way you want. I have been in gaining, and exercise therapy, for more than 3 years bringing people to defy what they're told. So let's go defy convention and be who you were meant to be. We'll be in touch.

My favorite client story
I had a client who had severe knee problems complaining of knee pain. I trained her for 6 month and gave her the treatments. After 6 months she is able to squat to full depth and is hiking, going on adventures without pain.
