About Tina

I’m a wife, Mom and fitness enthusiast. My journey toward health and wellness wasn’t the typical journey that most people take. I didn’t start out looking to lose weight, I didn’t have major health issues and I believed I was happy, but I was in constant pain and needed to find a way to alleviate if not eliminate that pain. I’ve successfully lost 100lbs over the last three years and eliminated my shoulder/back pain. I’ve gone from a size 20 to a size 6. I’ve gained muscle and more self confidence than I can explain. I understand the struggle of losing weight and my mission in life is to help others succeed in their fitness journey.

A typical training session will include a short warm up to warm your muscles proceeded by your personalized exercise routine created specifically with your goals in mind and followed by a short cool down including flexibility training and stretching.

Tina is a very knowledgeable trainer and taught me a lot. She offers unique exercises for you every time you meet that will challenge your core. If you are out of shape and need someone to help you build muscles she is your person. She also checks with you everytime you meet to make sure there are no medical conditions that might be bothering you. She encourages you when you need it the most. Outstanding trainer!!
