I am an educational based training that looks to take a beginner or de-conditioned client and progress them through a safe program towards independence and control of their fitness destiny while maintains my services for motivational and accountability coaching no matter what level they start at or achieve. You can expect the first couple of sessions to cover what the 311 Module I created is all about as well how we can help one another achieve the results you are looking for.. the second is about getting to know your body through form checking and expectations of the type of workouts you will receive through a mini session.. he 3rd is about setting up a program that works for both your schedule (we sure are highly flexible) and your desired goals!
