About Asher

As a dedicated personal trainer, I am committed to helping each client achieve their individual goals and lead a healthier life. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to those in post-rehabilitation, as well as athletes. Each session is tailored to the client’s unique objectives and typically includes a warm-up, a customized workout, and a cool-down with stretching. I offer training both in-person and virtually to best meet your needs.

My training philosophy

I train my clients with a progressive and adaptive training. Use progressive overload principles to gradually increase the intensity and challenge of workouts. Adapt programs based on progress, feedback, and any changes in client goals or health status.
