You can expect to reach your short term goals in as little as a 4-6 weeks and middle/long term goals in 3-5 months!
Just give me your 100% of that day and that's PROGRESS! I love OCR's, CrossFit, Running and playing any sport you can imagine!
Everyone has a different style of training, different goals and needs. Each program is very unique and detailed for the indidvidual.
There is not one universal program, all will have a tailored plan to meet their needs. I'm realistic and honest with clients and always incorporate safe training methods. Let's determine your short term goals and move toward long term goals. I'm here for you and my clients always inspire me to keep pushing forward! Let's GET FIT!
My favorite client story
A college student of mine wanted to completely change her lifestyle through activity, nutrition and staying within a plan. Through the first 3 weeks, she had doubts, however stayed with it!
We were close to the holiday break and I was worried if she would complete her homework during the 3 week break. Not only did she do that, she convinced her family to take part in the journey! It became a family affair in which they held each accountable once she returned to campus.
Accomplishing both short and long term goals over periodic cycle training. Overall weight loss was 17 pounds in 9 months and 6% lean muscle mass increase and she reached all of her goals including graduating on time and looking great! Her family attended and couldn't have been more proud of her accomplishments and their own as well!
My favorite exercise
Functional Fitness, mobility, H.I.I.T. Training, Adapted Needs, Interval and XFit. The challenge is always moving one out of their comfort zone and having them realize their goals are not that far away!
Overall though, my go to is obstacle course racing to compete at the highest level!
My favorite quote
Failure to prepare, is preparing to fail!
My training philosophy
One step at a time is part of the journey, if we trip up, let's get back up!
There is not failure, only learning experiences that push motivation to the next step!
