Casondra's exercise and workout programs are excellent for senior citizens. She can also work with individual needs, to include proper exercise programs for people recovering from injury or surgery. I have personally lost over 60 pounds working out with her water aerobic classes and keeping the weight off by using her online weekly classes for over 12 years. She uses a variety of Palates, Tai Chi, Yoga and stretching exercises that are easy to follow online.
