I run the only training program designed specifically for men suffering from Low Testosterone and low energy. This can make putting strength and muscle on your frame not only difficult but impossible for some.


 


Without this protective layer of muscle (and bone density) it makes men at risk for developing a host of other problems, including increased injury susceptibility. Injuries can often be the turning point towards loss of mobility and overall health decline. So really, having a strong frame is your insurance future-proofing you to a higher quality of life.


 


I was first Certified as a Personal Trainer in 1998 with the International Sports Sciences Association. I later opened my own gym that specialized in boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. I went on to create arguably the world's best home heavy bag workout system and was even sponsored by Combat Sports / Ringside Boxing. 


 


Now I specialize in helping men with low testosterone who want to workout at home, set up their own home exercise protocol. I spent 5 years developing, testing, and refining this system of training. Why did I choose this specialty? It was because I am a fellow sufferer of Low T and low energy and I needed to create a solution for myself. The system I will teach you is exactly the same system that I used and continue to use to this very day. 


 


There is a ton of advice and other workout programs out there that work wonderfully for other people. But when you try to apply these protocols to men with Low T and low energy, it's futile. We just don't have the energy to make it work. We don't have the motivation, the drive, the recovery ability, and frankly: working out hard is now unpleasant. It used to feel great, but now it is beyond arduous... and we quit.


 


My unique system will get you exercising again. It will have you exercising for a YEAR straight! That is our goal. From there, you will go on to continue exercising for the rest of your life, and the reason you'll be able to do it is because of the unique system I've developed. I've eliminated everything that sucked about working out. I've gotten rid of all the friction. I've removed every barrier and obstacle. It won't take superhuman levels of energy and motivation to get thru it. You won't hate your life because you have to exercise.


 


 And most importantly, you'll be able to slowly but surely build a base layer of strength and fitness over EVERY area of your body. You will have no weak spots; no areas of neglect. And it will be fast and easy. Relatively easy. And it's all done at home where it's super convenient. If you've ever had a goal of becoming a CONSISTENT exerciser, this is definitely the opportunity.

My favorite exercise

Like my clients, I prefer exercise that is palatable (meaning I don't hate it) and easy enough that I can keep it up as a regular part of my lifestyle.

Of course, I find an activity, like tennis for example, to be a preferred exercise. However, the fact of the matter is, for men who are looking to develop a base layer of strength upon their entire body, tennis won't do it. We absolutely have to train with weights. My program makes this as easy as possible and I do it personally 5-6 days/week.

My training philosophy

Here is my philosophy for my trainees: Training should begin slowly to help the body adapt, recover, and grow. I am unique in that I don't focus on "goals". The results of my training come as a natural byproduct; they don't need to be pursued directly. The only thing you need to do is show up; then results (effects) will surely show up. Most of the benefits from exercise come AND STAY as a result of making sure your LIFESTYLE now includes continual exercise. It has to become who you are.

My training experience

I started personal training by getting certified by the International Sports Science Association in the mid 1990's. I specialized in training people in proper weight training with free weights and machines. In 2005, I opened up a gym called "L.A. Boxing" which specialized in boxing, muay thai kickboxing, and weight lifting. Then I moved to Greenville and continued perfecting a "Workout at Home" exercise regimen focusing on Kickboxing using the heavy bag. I designed the System just for myself, but soon discovered it was perfect for training clients. People loved it so much that I stopped doing any other type of training and focused 100% on my Kickboxing Private Lessons.

However, over the last decade, I began working on a program to increase muscle mass and bone density to prepare for my senior years. I never intended to market it beyond myself, as it was just a personal passion project. However, I have spent a good 5 or years years perfecting this system and it is because of this extraordinary investment of time and energy that I have made the program now available to the public. Although it can help anybody, I aim to specifically help men struggling with low testosterone and low energy. The program is PERFECT for them, and they are really going to struggle finding anything else out there that they will be able to stick with.

I have never taken a Kickboxing class before but heard about this one and decided to try it out. I am just in my second week and I already love it! It is a great, all over workout, which was exactly what I was looking for. You decide on how hard you want to work out. Plus, the range of the moves you learn work out most of your muscles. The instructor is very motivating and knows what he is doing. It is a fun class and over before you know it. The group is made up of different ages, men and women, and they are fun to work out with. The groups are small so you get your personal time with the instructor. He helps you perfect the moves and motivates you to keep going.

Every class is different, you're sweating after two rounds and you see a difference in your muscle tone immediately. I love this workout!!! I had never even donned a pair of gloves before, so I kinda felt like a fish out of water for the first few sessions. But Chris is so patient and never makes me feel like he's disappointed in me. Just the opposite. He gives me so much encouragement, I love it. What's different about me? Well, lets see: I lost 18 pounds so far, my clothes fit finally!, I actually notice I have muscles (I luv it!), but the biggest thing is probably the stress I relieve. It's a complete stress dump.
