Hello! My name is Annie and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE. I am extremely passionate about fitness and helping others become healthier and happier versions of themselves! I am eager to provide you with the best workout experience where I will design workout plans specifically tailored to meet your goals and track your progress for you. I like to focus on endurance, strength training, HIIT, and bodybuilding exercises which will help you get lean and obtain the muscle definition you've always wanted!
I have experience running half-marathons and would be able to develop an effective plan for you to complete a running race, whether it is your first one or your 10th. I will even complete the run or workout with you for motivation. I will include stretching and recovery exercises to help maintain healthy muscles, bones and joints. I am happy to work outdoors or in the privacy of your home or mine. Another expertise of mine is roller derby, as I skated for the Tallahassee Rollergirls, Denver Roller Derby, and Tampa Roller Derby. I was a head trainer for Tampa's team, and would be able to help you learn new skills or design workouts tailored to help improve your game!

Annie is a wonderful trainer and I would highly recommend her! She shows up at my house at 5:30 (that’s AM people!) and is always cheerful and smiling (even when I’m not!). ;). She changes up the workout each time so you don’t feel like you’re doing the same thing over and over again, and will really listen and take your feedback into account when designing and tailoring the workout to you. I always end her sessions tired (in a good way!) and with a sense of accomplishment. And did I mention she’s wicked smart?! Give her a try. You and your body won’t regret it!
I couldn't be happier with Annie as my trainer. She's very hands on and helps me keep track of my diet and exercise goals. I've been training with her for a few weeks now and I've lost some weight, can do exercises easier than when I first started, and have felt an increase in speed with my half marathon training. She never makes me feel bad if I can't do a certain exercise and is really good about either scaling it down or finding an alternative move. She's very encouraging and pushes just the right amount to where you want to keep going and don't feel overwhelmed. She's very flexible with scheduling sessions which is great when my schedule gets a little crazy. I would give ten stars if I could!
I'm not fond of training at all nor a great morning person. So I really appreciate that Annie works with me, my style, and my pace. This makes me want to continue training and pursuing my health goals. I also really appreciate that my schedule as crazy as it gets doesn't deter Annie from sticking with me. I've had other personal trainers that bombed because of these things. In addition, I don't feel intimidated nor pressured in any of our sessions to injure myself or buy any materials. No sales pitches here! Definitely no weird ass contracts at the gym :)
