I am an athlete who in the past did ultra trail running, triathlon and marathons. After all my training and races I decided to get into the personal training and help others to achieve their goals. I love to workout and fitness. At the present i train CrossFit and Weightlifting myself. I believe the phisycal activity is very important for health at all ages this is why I am compromised to help people to be healthier . I will love to be part of your journey to a better you not only for your body but for your well being. I am from Venezuela so no worries if you don’t speak English.
