I have been going to Debbie for over 10 years and would highly recommend her. Debbie has state of the art equipment, a large studio and all the conveniences you need. She has a vast knowledge of her craft and keeps her students informed with follow ups via email and always has extra time to discuss any questions. I always enjoy my workout because it is never repetitive and she works different muscles groups every time. She has made my quality of life much better and will always be grateful to her for that.
My husband and I have been training with Debbie for the past two years. My husband is 80 years old and has Parkinson's disease with all its symptoms and has difficulty maintaining a high enough blood pressure to remain upright. He has seen three different physical therapists in the past and none of them came close to helping him as much as Debbie has. She closely monitors his blood pressure during his sessions and adjusts his work out (standing, lying, sitting) as needed. She varies the workout each time and he has both strength and aerobic work in each session. He has developed strength and has increased mobility since working with Debbie. She has made a world of difference. She also trains me in the same sessions and has helped me with increased strength and balance. She really encourages us to try new things and do our best. She is a wonderful cheerleader. We are never bored and always enjoy Debbie's great personality and sense of humor. We feel so lucky to have found her!
So blessed I found Debbie!! I am going on 50 now and have always been active but I tend to overdo it. I have caused myself many injuries and was getting to the point of needing more recovery time than exercise time. Debbie is a rehab specialist so she knows how to do things properly and not cause injury. Trust me, I have had trainers that did cause me injury. I feel safe and secure with Debbie while at the same time getting a great, sweaty, get-you-heart-rate-up type of workout. The workouts ALWAYS include weight training AND cardio. She has excellent equipment in her gym and is fully versed on each piece of equipment. Debbie also thrives on research and finding the best exercises/stretches for her clients and keeping up with the latest studies. Her workouts are individualized to each persons needs - no one ever does the same workout twice and no one is ever doing the same workout as anyone else. She is simply amazing and cares so much for each of her clients - she is family. Being Debbie's client has allowed me to live the active life I love so much. I was headed down an ugly path of injury but she showed me a better, safer path and I LOVE IT!
I'm a relatively new client (a little over a year) but have been impressed with the individualized workouts she creates for her clients based on your abilities and/or prior injuries. It's never the same workout so it does not get boring and keeps you engaged and wanting to come back for more. Always love the way I feel after each workout, I currently do two 90-minute sessions a week. As you progress and are able to do more, she will adjust the workouts to ensure you're getting the maximum benefit. She works with you if you have new injuries incurred from every day living and always shares new or relevant information, stretches or other "homework" she believes may be useful to her clients' general health and well-being. An incredible trainer (I've tried many in the past 5 years), beyond happy that I found her!
Debbie is an excellent trainer. No two workouts are ever the same. That is the great thing about her, she keeps it different and exciting while pushing you to become stronger and healthier person. I would highly recommend Debbie as a trainer to anyone without hesitation. She is a wonderful trainer and an even better person.
I have been Debbie's client for many years and I look forward to my workouts now as much as I did the first day. I have two 90 minute sessions a week during which Debbie provides a workout tailored to my needs, including aerobic exercise (usually 400 calories a session) strength training, balance, floor exercises etc. She is constantly doing research to provide new and challenging workouts every session. I have had a broken hip, shoulder, kneecap and could be looking at a knee replacement in the future. Debbie has provided my rehab for all these injuries and pushed me so that I regained 100% function after every injury. Debbie's gym has state of the art equipment and is constantly being upgraded when new machines become available, such as the Power Plate. At 75 years of age I cannot imagine my life without Debbie and look forward to many more years with her. She is truly "the best"!

Debbie has been personally training me for over 5 years now and she is the best. Her routines consistantly work the various areas of my body utilizing all the equipment she has available in her gym.
