I have been professionally training since 2003 but I coached my first exerciser as a freshman in highschool (1987) and taught my first fitness class in 1991. I joined was in the Navy from 92-97 and went through a series of ups & downs for the majority of my adult life; finally settling in the woman I am today after finding balance with my mind, soul and health.
I was a success pioneer bikini competitor & commercial fitness model from 2005 to 2010. I'll never do that again! I hope I can convey my philosophies to woman so they understand that beauty is not about having a banging body; it's about being healthy, happy, grateful and in balance. But trust me, I can kick your butt during these workouts.

Jo has now been my trainer for 3 months. The first thing that impressed me was that she listened. She listened to my goals, created a program that worked for me and has been supportive, encouraging and there every step of the way. It's refreshing to work with a woman, who isn't trying to sell me supplements, extra sessions or other things (like male trainers have in the past) Three times a week I feel like I accomplished. In just three months, I have gotten off one medication for my heart, one for diabetes (which was my main goal!) and can stand on my feet and chase my grandson. We celebrate every accomplishment. I have had half a dozen trainers before Jo and I can tell you none of them have encouraged me to work towards my results like Jo, because she is interested in the results I want, not just "weight loss". By the way 22 pounds in 3 months isn't bad either!
I think Jo is an awesome trainer! Jo is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to get in shape!
What can I say expect Jo is absolutely amazing. She really helped me get passed my plateau . I highly recommend a one on one consultation with her. My goal was to lose 7 more pounds and I lost 12. Thanks to her helping me plan my meals and excerise routine.
I have worked with a few trainers and Jo was definitely one of the best. She understands women's needs and challenges. She is a great motivator and you will see results, feel better, and fit into those jeans again!
What can I say about trainer Jo!! She used to put on this boot camp 3 days a week, and I made sure to never miss a day! It was always the most challenging and rewarding thing I did for myself during the week. I have always been competitive, and she made sure to push me my hardest when I took her class. No matter what your fitness level, trainer Jo has your back. You will be amazed at what you are capable of, you just have to take that leap and say "I'm worth it!!"
I had trainers before who were only interested in what they wanted for results. Jo listens to your needs and works with you to get where you want to be. 3 months later, my blood sugar is down, i am off two medications and have toned up. Those were my goals. Every workout is built on the last with encouragement and recognition of accomplishment. I am 60 years old, overweight, diabetic and have afib and Jo has made me feel like there is nothing i can't do. She is conscious of my health issues and considers them in my workout. I've gone from a couch potato to walking even days u am not at the gym and find myself doing squats while i do dishes. All because of Jo!
I was so upset to hear Jo moved. She is the best trainer in Vegas. We’ve been training on & off for 10 years and she always delivers the best workouts. And she doesn’t take my $¥!+. I love out love/hate relationship.
