My mission is to provide effective custom programs designed to increase strength, cardiovascular health, and nutrition planning  to meet your specific goals. I use fitness assessments to motivate my clients along with setting goals, providing feedback and accountability that measures strength and areas improvement. I take pride in not only training clients, but also in providing coaching and support.

Ron is not only a great trainer but a great guy. He distracts me during workouts with funny stories and antics. And he puts up with my whining when I’m tired. He’s always ready to motivate me when I don't think I can do something. And ready to change up a workout when I really can’t do something or when I tell him I feel uncomfortable with certain workouts. We workout in a gym and outside. And he changes up the outside workouts so its a nice change of scenery and doesn't start to feel stale. Even though I’m only a few weeks in I feel hopeful of getting healthier and I know Ron will share in my excitement and happiness when I can start doing more in my life without getting so winded and tired.
