I believe we are all made to move and that finding what movement makes you happy is the only way you can make it a lifestyle. Fitness can and should be challenging at times, but it should also be fun and motivating. It should enrich your life in ways that go beyond physical strength and appearance. It should boost your mental health and well-being. I want my clients to feel strong, empowered and excited to set goals, reach goals and make new goals as they continue along on their fitness journey.
My fitness career started in San Diego in group fitness for kickboxing. In New York City I worked in boutique studios and state of the art gyms where I taught HIIT, Strength, Kettlebell, and Treadmill classes to name a few. I train clients to help them feel better moving through life. My biggest joy as a trainer is when clients accomplish something they never thought they could do.
