Hey everyone, my name is Stephen and I’ve been doing personal training for 3 years! I’ve worked with people as young as 13 and and as old as 76, all coming from different athletic and fitness backgrounds. The current facility I operate out of offers 1 on 1, 2 on 1, and small group training in a clean and personal training only environment, meaning your workout will not only be fun and effective, but safe! I’m excited to get to work and help you reach your fitness goal and fun doing it!
