About Barbara

For me, fitness isn’t about chasing a number—it’s about helping people build strength, improve endurance, and feel good in their own skin. I love guiding clients through life’s different seasons, especially showing how strength training can be a game-changer for energy, confidence, and long-term health. Watching people discover what their bodies are truly capable of—whether it’s lifting heavier, moving with ease, or finally breaking free from the cycle of dieting—is why I do what I do. My passion is helping others create a stronger, healthier version of themselves—inside and out.


My favorite client story

I had an older lady come see me and she was terrified. Her husband had died a few months earlier and her kids felt she need to take better care of herself. She was very obese and suffering with depression. After our first meeting she was not only ready to make a change she exceeded all of them. By the 1 year mark she was down 30 lbs, walking 5 days a week and weight lifting regularly. Within a 2 yr period she was running and no longer depressed. She completely changed her life and the quality of her life.

Give what you want in return.
If you want a client to committed then be committed. When you're with a client, don't be anywhere else. Full attention to them. Know your client and what makes them tick.
