With an expansive background in swimming, yoga, olympic lifting, and CrossFit, my clients get the best of all the fitness modalities. I train my clients for power, speed, explosivity, strength, endurance, balance and agility. My programs are structured, precise, and progressive. I tailor each workout to the client's needs, with specific rest intervals and carefully chosen movements.
