About Lauren

Hi and welcome to my page!


I am Lauren Lowe- a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach in the Portland, TN area but work with clients in various surrounding areas as well! My primary training location is Freedom Fitness 615 in Portland, but I can also do virtual sessions, in-home sessions, and might be able to travel to other gyms in the area if they allow it. 


I have experience with in-person training, virtual training, yoga instruction, cardio training for 5K races and marathons, strength training, Zumba, and leading dance format workouts at local churches. As a mom that has lost over 100 pounds myself, my primary passion is working with women who want to lose weight, learn to fuel their body properly, and feel good in the skin they are in! My training experience

I work with all types of clients from high school athletes (like volleyball and football players) to women wanting to strength train safely and men and women wanting to lose weight and get healthier. Our gym at Freedom Fitness is a one-of-a-kind environment where you are training in a private facility and receive nutrition support as well as additional measurements and progress metric tracking as needed.
