About Adam

My fitness journey began when I decided to stop using my diagnoses of Asthma and Hashimoto’s disease as excuses. By overcoming those personal health hurdles, I gained a deep understanding of what it takes to build a resilient body from the ground up, regardless of the starting point.

I have a competitive background spanning multiple powerlifting meets and over a dozen endurance races, including Spartan races and a full marathon. I specialize in bridging the gap between raw strength and functional longevity.

When you work with me, we start with a comprehensive foundation. I conduct postural assessments to identify muscle imbalances and target over or under-developed areas, as well as physical assessments to establish your baseline fitness and track your tangible progress over time.

I offer proven techniques for those looking to increase their strength, endurance, and athleticism, or for those looking to reshape their body composition.
