I bring enthusiasm and positivity t our sessions and aim to better serve you by understanding the WHY of each movement and provide the purpose behind your workout plans, both long and short term. My favorite client story
My lost heart warming memory happened to be with my clients when I first started training in DC. All my clients were able to come to baby shower and share in the celebration of my sons life with me. I haven’t lived in dc for 8 years now, but I still keep in touch with my clients from back then and root for their success!
