I work with women! I recently trained and prepared a young lady to take the Air Force Academy test. I have a senior, 106 years young, who I visit twice a week In the comfort of her home. I have several healthy, middle aged women who want to stay in shape, who see me several times a week. I have several other female clients who are overweight. We are working on food and exercise to change their lifestyle. When I was 20, I weighed 200 pounds. I've written a book about my experience and show my clients how to change their lifestyle for permanent weight loss. The book is called, "Principles of Permanent Weight Loss," by Annette Radvansky. i prefer training only seniors in their homes, unless the client has extensive equipment. I find that younger clients do not benefit from training in their home and soon want more variety and challenge. Results are attained through diverse movements and periodization. These individuals benefit most from seeing me at my gym or training in a gym.

I had a 340 pound client I worked with. I poured my life in to her, helping her on every level. One day, after so much progress and weight loss, she said to me, “I think you have saved my life.”

My training philosophy
Transformation starts on the inside. I encourage my clients and friends to self-evaluate. I can bark orders all day long, but unless there is an internal change, the external change will not be permanent.
