About Eliot

Hello! I’m Coach Eliot.


I have my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and I’m a certified personal trainer. I hold certifications in nutrition and as a strength and conditioning specialist. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, corrective exercise and performance enhancement.


I started out only training athletes but then started to shift my focus towards people I felt needed my help the most. My passion for helping and guiding others to achieve their goals has given me the opportunity to see people achieve things they never thought they could.


I’m a versatile coach who has trained a wide range of clientele throughout my career. My clientele has ranged in age, sports and training levels on complete different sides of the spectrum. I’m qualified to train high-level athletes as well as high-risk general population clients dealing with a variety of injuries and health complications.


My desire is to help others achieve their peak performance and grow to reach their potential. Let me help you feel better while also achieving your goals, and then let’s set new ones!

I started personal training with coach Eliot about 2 years ago, with ZERO experience. I didn’t even know how to hold a dumbbell properly. Coach Eliot was super patient and a great coach and teacher! He thought everything in detail, kept track of every single number from measurements to weights I was lifting, helped me with nutrition, and kept encouraging me. In the first few months, I lost more than 24 pounds and gained more than 8 pounds of muscle.
