Hi, I’m Coach Eliot.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and am a certified personal trainer with additional certifications in nutrition and strength & conditioning. My expertise includes weight loss, strength training, corrective exercise, and performance enhancement.
I began my career training athletes, but over time, my focus shifted toward those who needed the most guidance and support. That shift ignited a deep passion for helping others reach goals they once thought were out of reach.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients—from youth athletes to individuals overcoming injuries or managing chronic health conditions. My experience spans all ages, fitness levels, and goals, allowing me to deliver personalized programs for both high-performance athletes and high-risk general population clients.
My mission is to help you feel better, move better, and perform at your best—whatever that looks like for you. Together, we’ll break through barriers, celebrate your progress, and set new goals along the way.

Bench Press
The bench press is a classic test of upper body strength. It builds power in the chest, shoulders, and triceps, and there’s nothing like the feeling of pressing heavy weight with control and confidence. It’s simple, challenging, and always rewarding.

I started personal training with coach Eliot about 2 years ago, with ZERO experience. I didn’t even know how to hold a dumbbell properly. Coach Eliot was super patient and a great coach and teacher! He thought everything in detail, kept track of every single number from measurements to weights I was lifting, helped me with nutrition, and kept encouraging me. In the first few months, I lost more than 24 pounds and gained more than 8 pounds of muscle. He made my experience so fun and inspiring that after 2 years I still have my routine and I will keep it forever. He is an experienced coach who has worked with athletes in all levels; someone like me with absolutely no experience, to a professional athlete. I totally recommend him. He KNOWS what he’s doing, and you’ll be in great hands.
I've been working with Coach Eliot for several months now. Coach Eliot gets to know you to understand your goals and prepares an individual training program specifically for you. He will meet you where you're at and work up gradually to increase your fitness level and ability. He is very knowledgeable and good at explaining the science behind why certain exercises are included and their purpose in your training program. He has the knowledge to provide modifications to work around injuries or limitations. Coach Eliot can also provide nutrition advice and plans. He is outgoing, easy to talk to and be around and very motivating. I feel safe working with him in his home gym. I would recommend anyone put their trust in Coach Eliot to help them reach their fitness goals!
