Hi, my name is Erica, and I got into personal training to help women upgrade their health & fitness. I am referencing both physical & emotional fitness, because - together - they make up an important part of our overall health & wellness.
Exercise plays a role in the way we look & feel physically but also in the way we feel about ourselves. When we're exercising on a regular basis, our mood & self-confidence is lifted and our energy tank is fueled. We are able to better manage stress, anxiety and depression.
