Hey there! I’m Coach Daye, a personal trainer and mindset coach based in Texas, and also a proud mama, dog lover, and fierce believer in second chances. My approach to fitness is rooted in real life - because I get it. You’ve got work, kids, stress, healing to do… and somehow, you still want to feel good in your skin. That’s where I come in. I specialize in helping busy parents, professionals, and abuse survivors reclaim their health with strength training, functional fitness, and a heavy dose of mindset work. A typical session with me is equal parts sweat, strategy, and support - because results come faster when your body and brain are working together. Expect structure, progress, and no fluff. I became a trainer after my own transformation journey as a new mom trying to juggle everything while feeling like I was losing myself. Now, I work with people who are ready to shift gears, stop dieting, and finally build something sustainable.
