Hello! I became a trainer because I wanted to know more about how the body works to help me through mid-life and into menopause. I want to be able to continue to be able to move and still compete in running and triathlon events for years to come. I've always been one that wants to help others be the best that they can be! Everyone is unique and everyone deserves a trainer to help a client figure out the perfect program to help them achieve their goals!

My favorite exercise is the landmine press. I think it just makes me feel strong!

My training philosophy
Everyone is different in many ways. I like to meet you where you are at and learn what your goals are. I look for continual feedback from you to know where I need to adjust things. Does a certain workout seem too easy? Then I know to add in some more challenging moves. Does a certain workout seem to hard? Then I know to make some of the movements more easy. I feel like it is a partnership to get to the best YOU!
My training experience
I've trained for many years with my own coach for half marathons, marathons, triathlons, and even attempting my half Ironman (swim got me because I'm not a fish :)) I've casually worked with friends but looking forward to taking my passion full time to help as many people as I can. It's important that we all keep our "play span" as we age!
