About Lorenzo
My name is Lorenzo Montanez. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2010. I love what I do and I love and care about getting my clients the results they want and need. I’m a certified under NCSF and have other certifications for strength development, pre/post natal, bodybuilding and athletic performance. I implement a balance of strength and conditioning, nutritional guidance and recovery protocols. It's all about you and what you want to achieve.
My favorite client story
I train a woman who was 78 years old with very limited range of motion. Within 6 months she squating full range , shoulder mobility improved, and we got her up to 165lbs trap bar deadlift.
