About Marcus
Hi! My name is Marcus I started this journey of fitness, and eventually becoming a personal trainer having spent years being the person wanting to fit it in high school. I was pretty good in football, and even better in track. I used fitness to feel good about myself while life was happening around me. I care about my clients, and there's nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy confident and strong. I know how being overweight, sad, lost, and how it affects your whole. I want to be there for those who want to take the first step. I want to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I am today, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Just a few years ago I was anything but healthy. I was overweight, but I kept telling myself I wasn't as bad as I felt. I suffered through addiction, food, and an unhealthy life style. I immersed myself into a lifestyle to start changing and have never looked back. However, though many ups and downs. It took me a while before I made a decision to overhaul my workouts. I learned the value of form, weight lifting, HIIT workouts, strength, endurance, and how along with nutrient completely transformed my body. The best part in can be done with small changes to start. Minimal or ever no equipment any time, and anywhere you prefer. Then lifting weights, strength and conditioning will come when you're ready. One Life Fitness was founded to help people like you achieve goals. I'm passionate, and driven to help you succeed. For me this is more than just a training program. I genuinely want to help you create lasting changes to your life. No matter were you are in your journey or what you have tried before I'm determined to become the ignition you need to keep taking a step forward. With the knowledge, tools and support you need to achieve the desired results. Once you start trusting this system, you'll create changes you may not thought possible.
