I have been in the fitness industry over 18+ years and always wanted to give back to those that needed and wanted guidance in the fitness arena. So when the opportunity came to help others, I knew I had found where I needed to be. With the many years of working with people, I decided it was time to take my passion to the next level. Now, I am able to encourage and coach clients on how to accomplish the health and fitness goals they individually choose.
My favorite client story
I had a client who desperately wanted to lose a few pounds. They had a difficult time doing it on their own. I was able to coach them and create a workout plan that helped them achieve their goal. My job is successful when my clients are successful.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is the leg press. Something about being able to show how much strength you have in your legs is liberating.
