I have always cared about my fitness, and I worked out regularly during my Army career. It wasn't until I beat cancer for the second time that fitness and health became a very strong passion of mine. I want to use that passion to help others reach their goals and understand their own bodies in different stages.@
My wife and I run our own fitness and nutrition business, and together we have a combined 10+ years of experience in the industry. I have an Associates of Science in Health and Kinesiology and have a NCCA approved certification as a personal trainer through NCSF.

As a senior citizen with multiple surgeries and injuries, I appreciate Neal always creating a workout that I can accomplish without hurting myself. He is thorough and very personable. I highly recommend Neal as a trainer.

I dont work out to often but Neal has changed my outlook on working out. Was very helpful in questions i had. Was very attentive to details in work out and has no problem working around the equipment i had. Would like to train again with him and others like him
I never thought I could really be where I am today, for years ive been embarrassed of my body and always wanted to have the ideal body for a man. But through home work outs and constant visits to the gym I could never reach my goals. Then I met Neal, he taught me how to properly exercise and balance out my diet while making me feel comfortable in my own skin. Now that I have three times the knowledge on how to correctly train my body my life is really taking a turn for the better. For anyone out there looking for the right physical trainer, look no further! You found him.
Neal is the best trainer I have ever went to and I’ve tried a few. I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends. If you want a great workout or just to tone up Neal is your guy. I have tried so many programs. But this one is the only one that worked for me. Neal treats you like family and he really cares about my progress. I have never in my life been in this great shape and I'm loving it. I am 60 years young. And I wish I would have found this program with Neal sooner. I look forward for my workout each day. .Neal has help me with my tone .My strength and lots more. Thank you Neal for your program. So what is everyone waiting for lets get in shape....
Neal is a fantastic trainer, incredibly knowledgeable, and very patient. I appreciate that while he was always encouraging of my progress, he also made sure the program was feasible/at my speed and adapted it to best benefit from my environment. I gained a great deal of confidence from working with him. Neal was also great at helping me develop goals, even when I wasn't sure what I could achieve. He made sure each exercise was comfortable (but not too easy!) for me, and came up with great alternatives when I needed to switch something out. Even when I didn't quite follow-through with some of the "homework" we talked about to keep up my progress in between sessions, he was non-judgmental and always focused on helping me succeed. I enjoyed that each of our sessions were structured with a brief warmup, then supersets for arms, legs, or abs, and ending with stretches, depending on what we had done before or how I was feeling that day. Knowing that I'm one to get bored easily, he was great about swapping in different exercises and coming up with different things to keep me on my toes. His tips on form completely changed how I did pushups (as in going from none to feeling good about my form and ability to do several in a row), and helped me move more safely while at the same time focusing on the right muscles to make the most of the exercise. You can tell that physical health is a real passion of his. Neal has a very positive, encouraging attitude. I had never used a virtual trainer before, and his warm, personable approach reassured me that I had made a good choice.
