Hi, I'm Raine Nox and my background in pain and injury rehab, as well as nutrition, has lead me to develop a training modality that focuses on functional fitness, body recomposition, sustainability and longevity called NOXRx designed to help you cultivate a healthy lifestyle for your body and mind. With an education-first approach and a method that treats the human body as a holistic system, I'll work with you to develop a personalized nutrition and training regimen to help you hit your goals and keep this lifestyle for the future. My favorite client story

I worked with a client who was a veteran who fell out of a helicopter and was medically discharged from the military. He underwent examination by multiple doctors and physical therapists and none of their measures worked. We met and within 1 month of working with me all his pain was gone. He proceeded to take the routine I made for him and consistently applied it and to this day, he is without pain (~4years).

My training philosophy

I approach fitness from the bottom, up. I focus specifically on addressing problems with form, pain or old injuries and then specifically working on those limitations while progressively getting stronger and more mobile.

My training experience

I have been training for 5 years and have worked with everyone from pageant queens to bodybuilders to pre and post operative patients.
