About Robert
Hello! I have spent the last 6 years serving clients and my community as a certified personal trainer and sport performance enhancement coach. After spending 20 years as a public school educator and coach; I developed a new desire, passion, and need to help as many people as possible with their health and fitness goals. It was at that moment that I decided to take a leap of faith to pursue a career as a personal trainer. I have assisted clients of various ages, as well as athletes of different sports, with reaching their goals. Those goals have ranged from a change in body composition, weight loss, weight gain, strength gains, nutrition assistance, daily healthy habits, and improved overall health. I have spent the last few years attaining several certifications and specializations that have better prepared me to serve and assist my clients. I am a strong believer in building working relationships with my clients. My goal is to equip them with the knowledge, ability, motivation, and encouragement they need to be successful. Ultimately, I want to empower them so that they can accomplish their goals and change their lives.
My favorite client story
My favorite client story is about Nancy. At the time, she was a fellow educator and friend. She knew me as a coach that kept in shape, and as someone that was an active Beachbody coach. Nancy was my very first client. She asked me to get her started on a program, and to hold her accountable to workout and to follow a nutrition plan. When she started, I gave her a quote, that she printed and put on mirror for a daily reminder of her goals. That quote ended up helping me to make a decision on the name of my LLC. Long story short, Nancy went from wearing a size 14 to a size 6. She was once unhappy, unhealthy, stressed out, eating a lot of fast food, and weak. She completely changed her life and lifestyle. Nancy has not looked back. Her journey started over 10 years ago. She has moved away, but we still check in with one another from time to time. It was Nancy that encouraged me to pursue personal training. She convinced me to start a Bootcamp for other teacher on our staff, and that eventually led to me deciding to walk away from a 20 year career in eduction to become a full time personal trainer.
My favorite exercise
Well, it used to be squats until my knees said NO MORE. Now, I would have to say that my favorite exercise bench press.
My favorite quote
Your desire to change has to be greater than your desire to stay the same.
My training philosophy
Do NOT complain about the results that you are not getting, from the work that you are NOT putting in.
My training experience
I have been a personal trainer for 6 years. I have worked with clients that range in age from teens to the elderly. When it comes to a client’s current level of fitness, I do an excellent job of meeting everyone where they are and building from there. I also take the time to develop an effective working relationship with each client. I am looking to use my vast knowledge, passion for training, and dedication for helping others; to make a real difference and assist every client with reaching their personal health and fitness goals.

I have been working with Rob Morris since 2019. I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is truly the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. His knowledge about fitness, nutrition, and overall health is unparalleled. What sets Coach Morris apart is his motivational approach. He pushes you to do your best without ever making you feel overwhelmed. Every session is upbeat, inspiring, and incredibly productive. I’ve seen significant improvements in my strength, stamina, and confidence thanks to his guidance. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping clients succeed, Coach Morris is the one.He is not just a trainer—he is a partner in your fitness journey!
I started with rob when I was 13 and now I’m 18 and committed to pitch in college. I couldn’t be where I am now without him. He is very friendly and brings the best out of me whenever I train with him. He makes going to the gym fun.
Rob understands importance of nutrition and weights. Also works with time constraints. As long as you listen and follow recommendation you'll see great results.
Hi, I have been working out with Coach Rob for the past four months now and I have made a huge jump in how much I can lift. When I first showed up I had no clue what to expect, I never really worked out that much before this. One thing that I like is how he takes time out of his day to sit down and plan out everything you are doing that day. When you show up he tells you exactly how much weight you are supposed to be doing and for how many reps. Not only does he help with you getting stronger and faster, he also helps with the nutritional side of things. And he has taught me that even though I may be getting stronger and faster I still have to eat good to be able to lose weight. So if your looking for a good personal trainer you should workout with Coach Rob.
I have worked with many trainers over the years and Rob is by far one of the best trainers in the industry! He listens to your needs and creates custom plans for each of his clients. He pushes you hard enough to drive results, but not to the point that you don’t want to come back. I have been working out with him for 2.5 years and am still getting results. I tend to get bored and he does a good job of changing up the routine. He works with people of all ages and adjusts according to fitness levels. I highly recommend him for your personal training needs!
Training with Coach Rob saved me during a difficult part of my life. I'm a first time mom with a demanding full time career and was struggling with Post Partum Depression and weight gain, I reached out to him to become my personal trainer and his guidance helped me find me again. Coach Rob provides a structured training program that delivers results while providing you an escape from your weekly stressors. No intimidating environment, just you showing up, putting in the work, and getting the results. Coach Rob is professional, proactive and responsive in his communication, and is flexible to work with your schedule. He understands the value of people's time, tracks details of your training sessions, and pre-plans your next session so the minute you walk in you're ready to get most out of your time and workout. Coach Rob trains all walks of life - young athletes to the elderly and all the in between, all genders, people starting at different fitness levels with different goals and for different reasons, but regardless of what what those reasons are....he makes sure to accommodate your training program to help you achieve your goals. I lost the 30+ lbs I gained from pregnancy in the 4-month goal we set and have kept it off since being a client of his for over a year and a half. Besides outer physical appearance and strength, I've seen Coach Rob transform people's confidence in themselves including my own. He has many fitness certifications that add to his knowledge base which make him such an effective trainer, Women's Fitness Specialization to name one. Taking a chance on yourself takes courage, Coach Rob is the most knowledgeable personal trainer to get you to the next step of finding the happy you.
I have had the privilege of training under Robert’s leadership for almost four years now. Every workout is well-planned and effective, and Robert is a great motivator with a genuine interest in each client’s success. I am a “senior” client, and I train with confidence, knowing that I am benefiting from all his skills and knowledge. I look forward to every workout. Robert is a true professional who is committed to excellence, and also a man I consider my friend. I am pleased to offer this recommendation.
Rob takes the time to work on meals and workouts. Not a drill sergeant but a coach or teacher. I've had good results started at 284 now 269.
Absolutely recommend Coach Morris for anyone who is interested in personal training no matter your fitness level! I have worked with Coach Morris for over 5 years now starting in high school and into college. When I started, I had basically no prior strength training, now I lift 3 times a week and have seen huge gains. My training made the transition to collegiate athletics seamless since I had already been lifting that way. Coach has also worked with me through multiple injuries getting me back on the court quickly. He modified my workouts and created a rehab plan to focus on keeping me on the court long term and avoiding further injury.
Making the decision to have Coach Rob as my personal trainer was one of the best decisions I ever made! I find myself getting stronger every week and also making better eating choices. My goal was to gain muscle while losing fat and I have done just that. He has created such a stress free environment because of his supportive personality, that even day one I felt welcomed. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who is considering a personal trainer!
I've been training with Rob for about 5 years. He keeps my sessions different and fresh so I'm not bored and actually look forward to working out. Rob also works with my physical therapist's instructions. I used to be over 200lbs and now I'm hovering around 165lbs. He is kind and has really helped with my nutritional needs as well. Rob is amazing!! You will be impressed!
I have been training with Coach Rob since 2014. I approached him as a middle aged mother that was so far from the athlete I once was in high school. I was dealing with injuries, perimenopause, working full time and choosing to starve myself all day, while serving up the family with fast food. I knew there was a better way, but had no energy to start the journey to make the necessary adjustments. Coach was the answer that not only saved my life....yes saved my life from the family diseases that were right around the corner if I did not make my health a priority, he also saved my family. Coach Rob is a natural motivator, he has a gentle strength that changes your own inner voice. He consistently reminds clients of the strength they have neglected. He slowly moves the goals, so they are gradually attainable while offering that "you got this" grin, acknowledging he won't let you give up on yourself. His voice is soft, his style is understated, because his plan is personalized to your skill and ability, he does not push his plan on you, he learns what you need and meets you at your weakness. I never knew what we were going to be doing, and yes, I often grumbled or resisted, and then sure enough my mind and body began to adjust to his training, and now 10 years later I am still a client. My body has continued to age and change, and there is Coach Rob, walking behind me with gentle encouragements, reliable strategies and consistent changes that have kept me healthy. Mind, body and soul healthy! I am so proud to be one of his first clients and confidently can tell you, be prepared for your life to change in the best way possible, Coach Rob is committed to health and your wellness.
