I played football in high school. Quit football at 17 and started reading everything from Bill Starr, Charles Poliquin, Dave Tate and more. Took the information gained and started strength training. At 21 I became a medic in the Army. Excelled at Army physical fitness and began powerlifting on base. While stationed in Colorado I met Jackie Berube who is a USA wrestling and weightlifting internationally ranked competitor. After meeting her I slowly began transition to weightlifting. After getting out of the Army I began training my friends and running with them in Tough Mudder and Spartan races. Now that’s I’ve competed nationally in weightlifting and have had my fair share of athletic endeavors I’d like to turn my focus on to help other people achieve their athletic goals!
