Hello, my name is Suzanne Mitchell I live in Midlothian, TX I have been training for over 15 years, and it’s a lifestyle for me. I care deeply about my clients and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. I realize how being insecure about our bodies can affect many aspects of our lives. I want to be there for you and help you along the way. I’m very passionate about helping others achieve personal fitness goals and feel good about themselves. I am very focus and driven, by joining me, together we will CRUSH our goals.
I am here to be your personal trainer and motivate you on every step of your journey, my goal is to create a personal human-to-human connection. You will not just look good but feel better, happier and more confident about yourself. All you need to do is take the first step to being committed on the journey to your new life.
I will attempt to EXCITE AND INSPIRE others and transform the mind, body, and soul.
I believe fitness can be anything you want it to be and that does not need to be something you HAVE to do, but rather something you WANT to do. I use my energy to create workouts that clients look forward to, having fun while working out. I believe when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life.
