My training experience
With over 18 years as a NASM Certified Wellness Specialist — and the past 4 years specializing in Medical Fitness — I’ve coached clients from age 16 to 98. That kind of range teaches you one thing fast: no two bodies are the same, and smart training always wins.
I have extensive experience working with Type II Diabetes, injury rehabilitation, MS, stroke recovery, Parkinson’s, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteopenia, osteogenesis imperfecta, and peri- and post-menopause. I’ve also prepared clients for obstacle course races and guided many through general strength, mobility, and nutrition coaching.
From rebuilding after setbacks to training for performance, I focus on safe progression, proper mechanics, and practical habits that support real life — not just workouts.
