About Jason
Jason Harrell, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Behavior Change Specialist is a native Oklahoman and currently calls Owasso his home. He has experienced seeing the need for proper exercise and nutritional awareness amid his fellow Oklahomans. He has a strong belief in helping others achieve an improved quality of life. Jason is passionate about helping others achieve a healthier life so they can be more productive and enjoy their families to the fullest. Jason started working for the Owasso YMCA in 2019 on the Health and Wellness Fitness Floor then quickly became certified to teach Bootcamps. He decided to pursue his love of physical fitness and learning and most recently became certified as a Personal Trainer. I recently had a client that was a diabetic and his doctor told him to stop taking his diabetic prescribed medication. MY CLIENT IS NO LONGER A DIABETIC!!!

We have been working with Jason for a couple of months now and he has been great to work with. Very encouraging, and works to understand your individual goals and how he can support you achieving them. He helps encourage other changes to improve overall health as well, while not being overly pushy on it. Jason is a personal trainer who genuinely cares about his clients. The progress I've seen in only 8 weeks is phenomenal. I've lost significant belly fat and have started chiseling out some muscle groups. I considered myself very overweight before starting, but the transformation is so steady that my wife forbids me from canceling my subscription.
