
About Jason
Jason Harrell, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Behavior Change Specialist is a native Oklahoman and currently calls Owasso his home. He has experienced seeing the need for proper exercise and nutritional awareness amid his fellow Oklahomans. He has a strong belief in helping others achieve an improved quality of life. Jason is passionate about helping others achieve a healthier life so they can be more productive and enjoy their families to the fullest. Jason started working for the Owasso YMCA in 2019 on the Health and Wellness Fitness Floor then quickly became certified to teach Bootcamps. He decided to pursue his love of physical fitness and learning and most recently became certified as a Personal Trainer. Jason is living out the fulfillment of being a leader by being a learner. - Jason shows his enthusiasm for life and enjoys serving others on all fitness levels. - He loves to show clients how to make long lasting, positive changes in their daily lives and achieve a healthier life. “Believe in yourself when it comes to improving your health and wellness.
