About Janel

Hi there, I'm Janel Mclaskey. I've been helping clients improve their lives for 10+ years. I have a NASM: personal training, Fitness Nutrition, Senior Fitness, and Weight Loss Specialist certification. I also obtained a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Utah. I took several anatomy and fitness-oriented classes to further my knowledge of the human body, but ultimately chose to major in Psychology to better understand the brain and human nature behavior which explains why people are the way they are and how to overcome mental obstacles and patterns. I offer in-home training, remote training, and also train out of a private personal-training studio (TZF) located in Sandy. I work with clients not only on exercising, but also with creating reasonable eating habits to improve their overall lifestyle and reach their specific goals. I believe in having a healthy relationship with food and creating a sustainable lifestyle that you've always wanted for yourself. I work with people of all ages and all experience levels, and I can't wait to to help you reach your health and fitness goals!
